Job Summary:
Responsible for budget creation and budget management for our Custom Home Projects. This position will work with to perform takeoffs, solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors, and work with superintendent and project managers on bidder selection.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating Budgets and cost estimations for custom home projects.
- Gather and analyze project specific information, including blueprints and design specifications as available
- Request bids from sub-contractors and vendors
- Communicate with clients and superintendents throughout the estimating process and course of construction.
- Track budgets from estimating through final construction.
- Manage change order process.
- Capture historical cost data.
Office Assistant
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting Office Manager with data inputting and AP processing and managing administrative tasks associated with Split Rock Remodeling. This position will also assist with various aspects of Client Relations and Marketing events, as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Office Manager with Data Input and AP processing
- Manage Subcontractors and Ensure Requirements are met, including:
- Insurance Certificates
- W-9
- Subcontractor Agreements
- Manage administrative tasks associated with Split Rock Remodeling including:
- Data input
- AP Processing
- AR Processing
- Obtain necessary subcontractor information (W-9, Insurance Certificates, Subcontractor Agreements)
- Coordinate New Client On-boarding and Client Off-boarding
- Homeowner Welcome Packet
- Homeowner Exit Packet
- Client Gifts
- Coordinate Parade of Homes
- Coordinate Subcontractor Appreciation Events and Company Events
- Subcontractor Food Truck Event
- Office Holiday Party
- Quarterly Office Events (lunch, bowling, Bigshots, etc.)
- Other Ad-hoc responsibilities as needed
